Objectives
General

Foster collaborative research to advance Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery care across the globe with an emphasis on resource-constrained health systems

Inform policy through research that will address global OHNS practice challenges and priorities

Strengthen research capacity in low and middle income countries (LMICs) through mentorship and collaboration
Needs Assessment

Understand the unmet need and disparity in access to OHNS care

Understand barriers to training and availability of resources for global OHNS care delivery

Understand the disparities in surgical training and education within the field of global OHNS
Capacity Building

Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders and institutions globally that will foster exchange of knowledge and skills

Inform and support efforts to address needs in global OHNS workforce, equipment, training and education
Collaboration

Collaborate with local ministries of health, international otolaryngologic societies, and academic centers to support unified research goals
